Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if ALL conditions are met:
- An unboxing video is recorded clearly
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Request is made within 48 hours of delivery
Important Condition
- The unpacking video is mandatory
- Video must clearly show:
- Sealed package
- Opening process
- Product condition
Without this, returns/refunds will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Items without original packaging
- Products without proof (video)
Refund Process
- Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
